A man wanted on a warrant led officers Friday on a pursuit from the Wilmington area to Carson, where he stopped the SUV and surrendered.
The chase began about 11:30 a.m. in the Wilmington area when officers tried to stop the vehicle, whose driver was wanted on a felony warrant, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
The man kept going, and officers followed the SUV to Carson, where he surrendered shortly after noon.
At one point during the chase, he slowly drove the wrong way on a surface street, but there were no collisions. His name was not immediately available, nor was information on the warrant.
