Sheriff’s detectives were searching Saturday for three men who assaulted two people in an attempted home invasion robbery and carjacking Friday in Duarte, authorities said.
The robbery attempt was reported at 12:55 p.m. Friday, in the 2100 block of Rim Road, said Deputy Lisa Jansen of the LA Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Three male suspects remained at large, but descriptions were not immediately available, Jansen said.
The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life- threatening injuries, she said.
