A sheriff’s deputy crashed his patrol car into another vehicle Thursday in Lakewood, authorities said.
The crash occurred at 1:22 a.m. at the intersection of Woodruff Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard, said Lt. Alicia Malone of the Sheriff’s Lakewood Station. No one was hurt, she said.
The deputy was not in pursuit of a suspect, Malone said, but she did not disclose what caused him to crash.
