A motorcyclist was killed Saturday when he crashed into a Nissan Pathfinder in Pomona, authorities said.
It happened about 1:30 p.m. at Towne Avenue and Phillips Boulevard, said Pomona Police Sgt. William Tucker.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries, Tucker said.
“The driver of the vehicle remained at the location and is cooperating with the investigation,” he said.
Streets were closed in the area for the on-scene investigation, police said.
