The shooting death of a 20-year-old man in Duarte remains under investigation Sunday, authorities said.
The victim has been identified as Cristian Frank Sanchez of La Puente, according to the coroner’s office.
The crime was reported at 4:20 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of Calle Martos, said Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Deputies from the sheriff’s Temple Station responded to reports of a possible burglary. When they arrived, they found Sanchez inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, Rouzan said.
No suspect information was available.
