A motorist in Pomona was injured Sunday when his vehicle was struck several times by gunfire.
His injuries were not considered life threatening, the Pomona Police Department reported.
The shooting occurred a little before 3 a.m. in the area of Indian Hill Boulevard and Kingsley Avenue and the motorist drove away from the scene before crashing into another driver in the city of Claremont at San Bernardino (10) Freeway and Indian Hill Boulevard.
The suspected shooting vehicle was described as a gray Dodge Charger, with three men in their early 20s inside.
