Officers found a man shot several times, lying on the front yard of a home in Placentia, a police sergeant said Sunday.
Officers dispatched at 11:18 p.m. Saturday to the 100 block of South Murray Street found a man in his 20s, suffering from several gunshot wounds to his lower body, said Placentia police Sgt. Adam Gloe.

Paramedics rushed him to an area hospital, where his condition was not known, Gloe said.
