Three teens were stabbed in two separate incidents that included a fight outside a festival at a church in Hawthorne, a county fire department dispatcher said Sunday.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 8:52 p.m. Saturday to St. Joseph’s Catholic School at 118th Street and Acacia Avenue and rushed two teens to an area hospital, she said.

Several children were fighting on a street outside a festival at St. Joseph’s Catholic School, 11886 Acacia Ave., where at least three victims, boys between the ages of 13 and 14 years old, were stabbed, according to media reports.

A third person was stabbed on Imperial Highway about a mile from St. Joseph’s school, the Los Angeles Times reported. That teen was found in the parking lot of a nearby Auto Zone.

St. Joseph’s Catholic School was holding its annual fiesta, according to the church’s website.
