A West Hollywood laundromat clerk may have nightmares for some time after discovering a body in a parked car on Santa Monica Boulevard.
A death investigation was underway Sunday after a man’s body was found inside a car in West Hollywood.
The discovery was made at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 7900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, according to the sheriff’s department.

A clerk at a nearby laundromat saw the body and called the authorities, the sheriff’s department said.
“Right now, it appears to be death by natural causes, but the coroner will have to make the final determination,” sheriff’s Deputy Kimberly Alexander said.
The investigation was being handled by sheriff’s homicide detectives.
