Deputies Friday raided and shut down what the sheriff’s department contends was an illegal marijuana dispensary in Lancaster, seizing more than 100 pounds of pot and arresting three people in the process.
A warrant was served about 11 a.m. at the operation in the 100 block of West Pillsbury Street, according to Ali Villalobos of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lancaster station.
Arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession of cannabis were Babken Danielyan, 28; Mayra Montes-Alvarado, 24; and Christopher Avalos, 30. All three suspects were being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
No other details were immediately available.
