One person was pistol-whipped in a home invasion robbery in Hacienda Heights Saturday morning.
Deputies responded at 12:05 a.m. to a home in the 16500 block of Flower Glen Drive, where they located the victim, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
An unknown amount of property was taken from the home, the sheriff’s department said.
Firefighters responded to the location, but there was no report of a victim being transported to a hospital, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
A news photographer at the scene said one person was taken to a hospital.
A description of the suspect or suspects was not available.
