A shooting at a Baldwin Park liquor store parking lot left one man dead and another one suffering from two gunshot wounds to the abdomen, sheriff’s officials said Sunday.
It happened at 6:19 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Baldwin Park Boulevard, said Deputy Ed Luna of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Information Bureau.
Baldwin Park police officers responding to the scene discovered a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
“It was later determined that a second male adult suffered two gunshot wounds to the abdomen,” according to a news statement, reporting that the incident was possibly gang-related.
