A motorist was killed and two other people escaped with minor injuries during a two-vehicle crash Sunday in South Los Angeles, police said.
The crash occurred at 1:44 a.m. in the area of Manchester and Budlong avenues, said Officer Rosario Cervantes of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
Paramedics pronounced one of the motorists dead at the scene. The other driver and his passenger, who suffered minor injuries, were treated at the scene, Cervantes said.
No one was arrested or cited, she said.
