Two women suffered moderate injuries when their car flipped over several times during a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Monterey Park.
“Officers found evidence at the scene leading them to believe that alcohol and nitrous oxide may have been involved,” the Alhambra Police Department.
Both Alhambra and Monterey Park police responded a little after 1:15 a.m. to the 1800 block of Garvey Avenue in response to reports of a car that had flipped over several times, before resting on its roof.
Police found one woman standing outside the car and a second trapped inside the vehicle. Both suffered moderate injuries.
The Monterey Park Police Department will be investigating the traffic crash.
