A law enforcement investigation prompted closure of the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway in Gardena Wednesday.
The freeway lanes were closed at about 4:20 a.m. at Redondo Beach Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The closure was continuing more than four hours later, the CHP reported.
According to Fox11, the investigation involved a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting that led to a crash. No one was wounded, but some injuries were reported in the crash, the station reported.
It was unclear if anyone was arrested.
