A man was fatally shot in the unincorporated Willowbrook area of Los Angeles County, and his killer was being sought Tuesday.
Deputies sent to the 300 block of East Piru Street, near San Pedro Street, at about 11 p.m. Monday found the wounded man, who died at a hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities withheld the name of the victim, who was in his 20s, pending notification of his relatives. A description of the suspect and a motive for the shooting were not immediately available.
