Authorities Wednesday sought public help to find two suspects accused of firing at a person inside a car in San Fernando last month.

The shooting was reported June 3 about 10:40 p.m. near a liquor store in the 1600 block of San Fernando Road, according to the San Fernando Police Department.

Three suspects got into an argument with a customer in the liquor store, then left the store and got in a white BMW, police said. Soon after, two of the suspects got out of the car and fired multiple shots at a victim inside another car in front of a coin-operated laundry next to the liquor store.

It was not immediately clear if the victim is the same person the suspects were arguing with inside the store.

The victim was not struck by gunfire, police said.

Authorities circulated a photo of the suspects and encouraged anyone with information about the shooting to call Detective Jorge Cervantes at 818-898-1286. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS.
