A homicide investigation is underway into a woman’s death in Carson Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched at about 3 a.m. to the 1000 block of Renton Street, a few blocks from 223rd Street, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The woman died at a hospital, Schrader said. Her identity was not released.
No information was available about the cause of death or a possible suspect.
