The woman accused of stabbing to death her three children in a Reseda apartment was charged Tuesday with carjacking in Kern County.
The Los Angeles Police Department reported early Saturday afternoon that Liliana Carrillo may have carjacked a silver Toyota pickup in the Bakersfield area before her arrest later that day in the Ponderosa area of Tulare County, east of Porterville.
Carrillo was charged Tuesday by the Kern County District Attorney’s Office with carjacking, attempted carjacking and auto theft. She is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on those charges in Kern County Superior Court.
