Two men were shot in Chesterfield Square Park in South Los Angeles Friday.
The shooting was reported at about 3:35 p.m. at the park at 54th Street and Gramercy Place, according to Officer Jader Chaves of the Los Angeles Police Department Media Relations Division.
The two men were in the park when three unidentified suspects approached and shot them before fleeing the scene in a vehicle traveling southbound on Gramercy Place.
The two men were taken to a hospital in unknown condition, Chaves said. Their names were not released.
There is no known motive for the shooting.
