A 68-year-old woman was stabbed to death Tuesday in Redondo Beach and police identified one of the victim’s relatives as a suspect.

Redondo Police Department officers responded to a residence in the 2000 block of Carnegie Lane at about 2:30 a.m. on reports of a family disturbance and found Gloria Presset suffering from stab wounds, police said.

Presset was taken to a hospital, where she died of her injuries.

Homicide detectives investigated the stabbing and identified Presset’s 24-year-old relative Adrian Gudino of Long Beach as the suspect. Police declined to specify the nature of Presset and Gudino’s relation.

Gudino left the residence on foot before officers arrived and was believed to be armed and dangerous.
