A man was killed in a Willowbrook shooting, authorities said Sunday.
The gunfire was reported at 10:19 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 119th Street, Deputy Morgan Arteaga of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Deputies dispatched to the scene discovered the victim lying in a driveway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported. Homicide detectives were canvassing the area in an attempt to locate potential witnesses and video evidence.
Paramedics took the man to a hospital where he died, Arteaga said.
His name was not released pending notification of relatives, she said.
