A man was critically wounded when he was shot in the stomach in the West Adams area of Los Angeles, authorities said Sunday.
The shooting was reported at 9:14 p.m. Saturday at 36th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard, according to Officer G. Todd of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The 37-year-old man was in his vehicle when another vehicle pulled alongside him and someone fired gunshots at him, Todd said.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital in critical condition, he said.
