A man was shot as he walked down a street in Reseda Saturday morning.

The shooting was reported at 2:20 a.m. in the 18300 block of Roscoe Boulevard, said Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.

The 24-year-old victim was walking in the area when a car passed by, stopped and three males got out, Orris said.

The victim ran and the suspects fired shots at him, wounding him, the officer said.

The suspects got back into the car and fled, he said.

The victim flagged down a passing motorist who took him to a hospital for treatment of his wounds, Orris said. The victim had stable vital signs.
