A worker at the Port of Long Beach was killed by a vehicle Saturday at the port.
The crash happened around 3:45 p.m., Long Beach police spokeswoman Allison Gallagher told the Long Beach Press Telegram.
The person’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Lori Peterson, a port spokeswoman, confirmed to the newspaper that the accident happened at the port.
