Pomona police are searching for the person who shot and wounded two people, on critically.
The shooting occurred about 10 p.m. Sunday near Kingsley and San Antonio avenues, the Pomona Police Department reported.
“Pomona PD received a call from a local hospital that two gunshot victims arrived by private vehicle,” police said in a statement.
“The investigation indicates that the victims were in the area of San Antonio Avenue and Kingsley Avenue when they were shot,” police said. “The motive for the crime is not yet known.”
A woman was hospitalized in critical condition, and another person, described only as a “juvenile male” was treated for injuries described as not life-threatening. Both are Pomona residents.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was available.
