Two men who were hit by a vehicle and killed near the Mid-City area of Los Angeles were identified Thursday.
The crash was reported about 5:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of South Robertson Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Jose Linares 78, and Alfredo Linares ,76, were identified as the men who were killed, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office. It was not immediately known if the men were related.
The motorist remained at the scene, the LAPD reported.
