A woman who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Tarzana was identified Wednesday, as police continued their search for the motorist.
A vehicle described as a possible dark-colored Range Rover was traveling south on Reseda Boulevard near St Moritz Drive at about 10:10 p.m. Tuesday when it struck the woman and fled the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The vehicle was last seen making a U-turn and continuing north on Reseda.
Rosa Zareaseisan, 45, of Los Angeles died at the scene, the Los Angeles county coroner’s office reported.
A reward of up to $50,000 is available for anyone who provides information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction or resolution through civil compromise of a fatal hit-and-run, officials said.
