Los Angeles police Monday arrested an arson suspect Monday who they believe set fire to more than two dozen cars in Tujunga.
Following a string of vehicle fires, video released by police shows a male suspect on a bike pull up to a blue pickup truck parked on Greeley Avenue and light it on fire before pedaling away.
The suspect, whose name has not yet been released by police, was arrested soon after the firebombing incident, according to KNX.
The truck’s owner, Richard Poquette, told KNX that he had never seen the suspect before.
“Unfortunately, the person is real angry at the world and he was taking it out on my truck well as other people who’ve lost their property as well,” Poquette told KNX.
There have been recent reports of as many as 30 cars burned in the Tujunga area.
