A large tree branch fell onto two vehicles in El Sereno Friday evening, trapping one motorist.
Firefighters responded around 6:55 p.m. to the 4800 block of Huntington Drive, near Eastern Avenue, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Stewart reported around 8:45 p.m that the motorist was freed from the vehicle and taken to a hospital.
The woman was reported to be in stable condition before she was freed. There has not been an update to her condition.
The Los Angeles Police Department was investigating the incident.
