A Metrolink train struck and killed a pedestrian in San Fernando Wednesday evening.
Firefighters responded to the 1100 block of Truman Street, near North Maclay Avenue, around 6:15 p.m. regarding a fatal traffic collision, according to spokesman Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
There were no other injuries.
The San Fernando Police Department is conducting an investigation.
