Fire damaged a three-story home in South Los Angeles Thursday.

Firefighters dispatched at 10:57 a.m. to a three-story Craftsman-style home at 2249 S. Harvard Blvd. had the blaze out within 27 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

“Fire attack crews located fire on the third floor and in the attic, as ventilation crews went to the roof to cut holes for smoke and super-heated gases to escape,” said Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No injuries were reported and a cause of the fire was under investigation.
