A person was hit by a big rig and killed Wednesday on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway in the south Los Angeles area.
The victim was fatally injured at about 9:30 a.m. near the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person.
Three northbound freeway lanes were closed while an investigation was conducted.
