San Gabriel police Tuesday were investigating a strong-armed robbery of a woman in a supermarket parking lot.
Officers responded to the 100 block of East Valley Boulevard shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday on a report of a robbery in the parking lot of The Hawaii Supermarket. Police said a man approached a woman in the parking lot, forcibly stole unspecified property from her then fled in a nearby vehicle.
The woman fell to the ground during the attack, suffering non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
