A 38-year-old man who authorities said has Type 1 diabetes and a diminished mental capacity was located, authorities said Saturday.
William Clifford Douglas had last been seen at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday on the 2600 block of Charford Street, near the San Dimas Wash in Glendora, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
