A woman suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on West Coast Highway in Newport Beach, authorities said Saturday.
The crash occurred about 1:50 p.m. Friday on West Coast Highway at 61st Street, according to a statement by the Newport Beach Police Department.
Arriving officers found the woman down on the roadway with significant injuries, police said. Paramedics took her to a trauma center.
