A wall heater fire burning in a unit on the second floor of a three-story apartment building in Hollywood Friday evening was knocked down in 21 minutes by 38 firefighters with no reported injuries.
The fire in the 1700 block of Las Palmas Avenue, between Hollywood Boulevard and Yucca Street, was reported at 8:12 p.m., according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The specific cause of the fire remains under investigation.
