A 45-year-old woman found dead inside a van near the Angeles National Forest was identified Tuesday.
Deputies from the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station were called at 10:37 p.m. Monday to Mount Baldy Road and Shinn Road regarding reports of the discovery of a body, ABC7 reported.
Elizabeth Walkenbach was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters and county Haz Mat personnel were contacted and located a van parked off to the right shoulder of Mt. Baldy.
