A suspect was in custody in connection with a shooting in Koreatown Monday evening.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded at approximately 10:21 p.m. to the 800 block of South Mariposa Avenue, near Eighth Street, regarding a shots fired call, LAPD Officer Tony Im told City News Service.
There were no details about the suspect or the victim, as police are still investigating the shooting, Im said.
