Officers confiscated a handgun during a traffic stop in Long Beach, authorities said Wednesday.
Officers conducted a traffic stop about 6 p.m. Tuesday, in response to a “person with a gun” call, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The department did not disclose the location of the call and reported that the suspect in possession of the handgun was arrested.
No other information was immediately released.
