Fire damaged a two-story apartment building in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood but no injuries were reported, authorities said Sunday.
Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters responded at 11:55 p.m. Saturday to a reported fire at 7406 S. Figueroa St. where flames were showing through the roof, spokesman Nicholas Prange said.
It took 46 firefighters 22 minutes to extinguish the flames, Prange said.
Officials said a fire previously damaged units in the same complex in late April.
The cause of Saturday’s fire is under investigation.
