A 25-year-old man whose body was discovered in a storm drain off the eastbound Artesia (91) Freeway in Artesia was identified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The discovery was reported about 6:15 p.m. Saturday just east of Pioneer Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics responded and confirmed the victim died at the scene.
He was later identified by the medical examiner as Nicolas Quesada.
