A person was found dead Friday morning on the right shoulder of an off-ramp from the Harbor (110) Freeway in downtown Los Angeles and a wrecked vehicle was nearby.
The death, described as a possible male, was reported at 1:30 a.m. on the northbound Harbor Freeway just south of Sixth Street, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Sean Lough.
A vehicle with major front end damage was found nearby, Lough said.
An investigation was underway to confirm how the man died and whether the vehicle was involved.
