A 19-year-old man who died after the vehicle he was driving went off a Littlerock road and down an embankment was identified Tuesday.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Kevin Serran.
The crash occurred at 3:36 a.m. Monday on the Pearblossom (136) Highway near Hampel Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Sean Lough.
