A stolen vehicle suspect was taken to a hospital after a pursuit ended with rollover crash near the Lakewood Center mall Friday evening.
The chase began around 3:35 p.m. near the intersection of Norwalk Boulevard and 211th Street on the border of Hawaiian Gardens and Lakewood, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The pursuit was terminated at Lakewood and Del Amo boulevards after the crash.
The suspect sustained an injury from the crash and was taken to a hospital in unknown condition, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
