At least one person was injured and hospitalized following a stabbing Wednesday at a hotel in Palmdale, and several suspects were taken into custody, authorities said.
The stabbing occurred at the Oyo Hotel in the 200 block of East Palmdale Boulevard, shortly before the victim ran to a nearby McDonald’s in the 100 block of East Palmdale around 12:25 p.m., according to the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station.
Paramedics transported the victim, who had sustained multiple stab wounds to the upper body, to a hospital. The victim’s condition was not immediately known.
Sheriff’s officials said several suspects were taken into custody, though the exact number of individuals arrested was not provided.
