An officer was injured in a collision in San Marino, police announced Thursday.
A patrol unit and another vehicle collided near San Marino Avenue and Sherwood Road around 9 a.m. Wednesday, according to the San Marino Police Department.
An officer was taken to a hospital for treatment after sustaining unspecified injuries.
The cause of the crash remains unclear, and detectives continued their investigation Thursday.
