A reported assault with a deadly weapon at a popular Beverly Hills restaurant was determined to be a fight between two parties and no arrests were made, authorities said Saturday.
Officers were dispatched at about 10:10 p.m. Friday to Mr. Chow at 344 N. Camden Drive, to a reported possible assault with a deadly weapon, the Beverly Hills Police Department reported.
“Upon investigation, officers determined that the reported assault with a deadly weapon was unfounded,” according to a police statement. “Instead, the incident involved a physical altercation between parties. The BHPD conducted a preliminary investigation and completed a report documenting the battery.”
No further information was immediately available.
