Authorities sought the public’s help Thursday in locating a 26-year-old man diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder who was last seen in Bellflower.
Fabian Rafael Garcia was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 9400 block of Harvard Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Garcia was described as a 5-foot-6-inch Hispanic man weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He has a full beard and tattoos of “Garcia” on his right arm, “Stay” on his left arm, and “Music” below his right eye.
Sheriff’s officials said Garcia’s family is growing concerned about his well-being due to his medical condition and is asking for the public’s help in finding him.
Garcia was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, blue shoes, and stud earrings.
