A 27-year-old man shot to death on a street south of downtown Los Angeles was identified Monday.
The shooting occurred at 7:10 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of East 20th Street, near Washington Boulevard, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Charles Miller told City News Service.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Miller said.
He was identified later Monday by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as Mynor Toc.
